Change Leadership Scorecard
If you scored:
100-119: Congratulations! You are effectively managing your change issues.
80-100: You are doing a reasonably good job of managing your change issues and could probably benefit from some strategic coaching.
60-80: You are "on the edge" in terms of realizing a successful change. Outside help could make the difference between success and failure.
Below 60: Your change efforts are at risk. You should seriously consider whether going ahead is advisable. If your company's future depends on implementing this change flawlessly, be sure to seek expert help.
